With over 20 years of experience, Claire is a skilled director who helps organisations achieve their inclusion goals through innovative processes, delivering tailored adjustments and an excellent user experience.

At ClearTalents, she works closely with a range of clients, regularly sharing data insights and best practices to ensure effective workplace adjustment solutions.

Kate Keadey

Kate Headey

Founder Director

Kate, a Cabinet Office-appointed Disability & Access Ambassador, is the founder and chair of the Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative (RIDI) and an SME Advisor to Lloyds Market Inclusion@Lloyd’s.

She has served on various government panels, including The Department for Work and Pensions Disability Advisory Group, and is a prolific speaker at major events like the REC National Conference and Bloomberg. Kate also hosts the ‘Let’s be Clear’ podcast, focused on diversity and wellbeing.

Nick Hallwood

Chief Operating Officer

Nick is a Product Development Executive with expertise in change management, online application development, and user experience design. He has managed international teams, and multi-million-pound budgets, and built strong relationships across global development groups.

With a focus on solving customer problems, Nick combines technical knowledge with analytical skills to create solutions and detailed user stories. He is also a skilled communicator, regularly engaging with customers, press, and industry analysts.

Robin Christopherson Profile

Robin Christopherson

Founder Director

Robin, an MBE recipient for Services to Digital Inclusion, was named one of the ‘World’s 100 Most Influential People in Digital Government’ by the WHO in 2019 and featured in the Shaw Trust’s ‘Disability Power 100’ in 2020.

Awarded an honorary doctorate by the University of Suffolk in 2021, Robin is a member of the government’s All Party Parliamentary Groups on Disability (APPG) and Assistive Technology (APPGAT). A regular keynote speaker at events like TechShare Pro, Robin also hosts podcasts on accessibility and technology, promoting digital inclusion.

Our Story


Our story begins in 2013. Our founding team pictured above (not of course ClearTalents colleagues at the time) were attending a workplace diversity conference. One of the presentations highlighted shocking research about discrimination in the recruitment process. The research conclusively showed that the option for disabled candidates to disclose a need was, in fact, actively being used in many instances to filter out those applicants.

We wondered why technology couldn’t be applied to the problem. It could instantly provide expert, reasonable adjustments (accommodations to our US cousins) to everything a candidate or employee disclosed. And why stop at disability? Let’s build in the expertise across all areas of need and take the fear and inconsistency out of workplace wellbeing management.

Since then, we’ve grown into a global provider of workplace diversity solutions.
